1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fireplexity ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Fireplexity provides an advanced AI-powered search and data analysis platform. The Service allows users to perform complex queries, receive synthesized answers, and gain insights from various data sources. The features and services are subject to change and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at our sole discretion.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service or impair anyone else's use of it. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Uploading or sharing content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

5. Subscription and Payment

Certain features of the Service are offered under a subscription-based model. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. All payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your credit card information. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel them before the renewal date.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (excluding content provided by users) are and will remain the exclusive property of Fireplexity and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with operating and providing the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fireplexity shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
