1. Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all Pro plan subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service within 7 days of your initial purchase, you can request a full refund with no questions asked.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests made within 7 days of the initial purchase date
  • Account has not been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service
  • Refund request is made by the original purchaser

3. Pro-Rata Refunds

For subscriptions canceled after the 7-day money-back guarantee period, we offer pro-rata refunds based on the unused portion of your subscription period. The refund amount will be calculated from the date of cancellation to the end of the current billing period.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Fireplexity account
  2. Go to your subscription settings
  3. Click on "Request Refund" or contact our support team at support@fireplexity.com
  4. Provide your account details and reason for the refund request

5. Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Service Continuation

After requesting a refund or canceling your subscription, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. After this period, your account will be automatically downgraded to the Free plan.

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free plan services (as they are provided at no cost)
  • Usage that violates our Terms of Service
  • Third-party services or integrations purchased separately

8. Subscription Modifications

If you wish to change your subscription plan rather than cancel, please contact our support team. We may be able to accommodate plan changes without requiring a full refund and new purchase.
